What is the delivery time for my order?
Delivery time depends on the current volume of orders we receive. However, we aim to process all orders within a maximum of 14 working days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, you can return a product within 14 days of receiving it. Once we receive the returned item, it may take up to 14 days to process your refund or exchange. Please make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging for your return to be accepted.

Are your products handmade?
Yes, all products are handmade in my workshop located in Burgundy. We carefully select high-quality materials for each creation, in order to guarantee a unique and durable result.

Can I choose another fabric to personalize my product?
Yes, it is absolutely possible to choose another fabric. Many combinations are available. Just contact me, and I will guide you in your choice. The price will remain the same for any customization.

Is it possible to embroider a first name on the product?
No, at the moment I am not equipped to do embroidery, but it is a service that will be available soon.

Can I choose another strap for my product?
Yes, it is possible to choose another strap depending on the stock available at the time of your order. Do not hesitate to contact me to know the current options.

How do I maintain my fanny pack?
I advise you to wash your fanny pack by hand to preserve the quality of the materials. If you prefer to use a machine, choose a delicate program at 30°C maximum. I strongly advise against ironing or using the dryer to avoid damaging the product.

What size is the fanny pack strap?

The strap of our fanny pack measures between 80 cm and 140 cm, making it fully adjustable. It adapts to all body types, guaranteeing you optimal comfort, whatever your style or figure.

What materials do you use for your fanny packs?
The fanny packs are made from high quality materials, such as corduroy, waterproof fabric for some bags, 100% cotton canvas and durable steel zippers.

Do you offer fanny pack designs for kids?
Yes, there is a collection dedicated to children with fun designs and sizes adapted to their needs.
